FRESH: New thinking about what we’re eating
The documentary FRESH is part consumer call to arms and expose on the food security movement to promote small sustainable agriculture over factory farming. Filmmaker Ana Sofia Joanes also provides one of the better explanations on how-to build an activism campaign around an important local issue. The film's Web site is packed with educational resources, community-organized screenings, social media outreach and a letter of support to the U.S. Dept. of Justice for public hearings to investigate agriculture monopolies.
